• Ensure job site cleanliness and organization through all phases of the service process.
• Manual excavation
• Installation of plumbing materials (under supervision)
• Represent the company with city officials
• Preparation of work site as directed

Arrow Plumbing is looking for a motivated, enthusiastic, self starter service technician looking to join an upcoming business in San Diego.

This person assembles, installs and repairs pipes, fittings and fixtures of piping, water and drainage systems according to specifications and plumbing codes. Performs periodic review and preventative maintenance for all plumbing. We are looking for someone to perform the requested job as thoroughly and efficiently as possible to avoid recalls.

Responsibilities:

• Diagnose plumbing issues efficiently & accurately
• Execute plumbing repairs proficiently
• Able to run sewer machines
• Able to change/repair shower cartridges, faucets, & toilets
• Able to diagnose water heaters & install
• Maintain a clean working truck/area at every jobsite
• Effectively communicate w/ customers & dispatch/management
• Be available to work nights & weekends for on-call rotation, or as needed.
• Maintain proper van/truck stock & tools in vehicle
• Be able to promote/sell other services that may be needed or seen by technician
• Maintain a 5 star review average w/ customers (minimum 4 star)
• Valid driver’s license
• 2+ years experience (Preferred)
